The W5100S-EVB-Pico is an evaluation board that ingeniously combines the power of the Raspberry Pi RP2040 microcontroller with the W5100S hardwired TCP/IP controller, offering a high-performance networking solution that mirrors the functionality of the Raspberry Pi Pico board while adding Ethernet capabilities. This board stands out for its seamless integration of advanced microcontroller features with robust Ethernet connectivity, making it an ideal platform for developing Internet-connected applications. Key Specifications: MCU: RP2040, featuring a dual-core Cortex M0+ processor running up to 133MHz and 2MB of external Flash memory. Memory: Boasts 264KB of multi-bank high-performance on-chip SRAM, with additional external Quad-SPI Flash supporting eXecute In Place (XIP). Networking: Empowered by the W5100S chip, it supports hardwired Internet protocols like TCP, UDP, ICMP, IGMP, IPv4, ARP, and PPPoE. It also features a built-in 10/100 Ethernet PHY, offering auto-negotiation, full/half duplex, and 10/100 Base-T networking standards.
