WIZ630MJ is a compact Ethernet module based on the W6300 hardwired TCP/IP chip, integrating the embedded PHY and an RJ45 MAG-JACK (transformer included) to simplify your hardware design. It supports dual-stack IPv4/IPv6 with 8 hardware sockets and 64 KB buffer memory, and offers flexible host interfaces—high-speed Quad-SPI (up to 150 MHz / 80 Mbps+) or an 8-bit parallel bus—for easy integration with a wide range of MCUs and processors.
