WIZ630io

WIZ630io is a compact Ethernet ioModule that adds 10/100 Ethernet to microcontrollers using WIZnet’s W6300 hardwired TCP/IP chip, with an integrated PHY and RJ45 MAG-JACK (transformer included). It supports SPI/QSPI up to a 150 MHz system clock, delivering over 80 Mbps throughput while providing dual-stack IPv4/IPv6 and a wide set of built-in network protocols. With 8 hardware sockets and 64 KB SRAM buffer memory, WIZ630io simplifies hardware design and reduces MCU networking overhead for performance-critical IoT and industrial embedded products.
