The W6300 is engineered to deliver up to 90 Mbps throughput via a high-speed QSPI interface, making it the fastest SPI-compatible chip in the WIZnet portfolio to date.

🔁 The W5300 Legacy, Reinvented
WIZnet’s W5300 chip has long been known for its high-performance capabilities, with an 8/16-bit parallel bus interface and robust TCP/IP hardware stack. However, the W5300 comes in a large 100-pin LQFP package, limiting its use in compact designs and requiring more complex PCB routing.
