The W6300 is engineered to deliver up to 90 Mbps throughput via a high-speed QSPI interface, making it the fastest SPI-compatible chip in the WIZnet portfolio to date.


Up to 80 Mbps over QSPI — Ethernet Without the Bottlenecks

The W6300 sets a new benchmark in SPI-based Ethernet chips. By leveraging a Quad SPI interface, it achieves data transfer rates over 80 Mbps, allowing developers to design Ethernet-enabled systems with the speed of traditional parallel interfaces—without the complexity.
