  • Serial to Ethernet Module based on W7500P MCU
  • Software and Hardware compatible with WIZ107/108SR S2E Module
  • The modules is available in three versions:
    • WIZ750SR-TTL: TTL Version
    • WIZ750SR-RS232: RS-232 Version
    • WIZ750SR-RS485: RS-485/422 Version
  • 10/100Mbps Ethernet & Up to 230kbps serial speed
  • Pin-header(2x6) type & RJ-45 connector mounted module
  • 4-Pins Configurable User's I/O
  • Status pins: PHY link status / TCP connection status
  • Serial signals(RS-232 or RS-422/485 transceiver optionally built-in)
    • RS-232/TTL version: TXD, RXD, RTS, CTS
    • RS-422/485 version: 485+/RXD+, TXD+, 485-/RXD-, TXD-, 485_SEL
    • Optional DTR/DSR signals supported (Status pins or DTR/DSR pins selectable)
  • Separate Data UART and Debug UART port
  • Supports a search password
  • Configuration is possible via serial AT commands or via Configuration tool
  • Support WIZ VSP (Virtual Serial Port) program
  • Built in 10/100Mbps Ethernet ESD Protection IC
  • PCB Board design 45mm X 30mm (Length x Width)
  • Compact sized design 48mm X 30mm X 18mm (Length x Width x Height)
