Performance Highlights

Our rigorous testing with the RP2350 (running at 150MHz) and W6100 (with SPI set to 37.5MHz) showcases the impressive capabilities of the EVB-Pico2 boards in practical applications, ensuring you receive top-notch performance for your projects.

We also measured how much time it takes for SSL handshake. It turns out that with RP2350 handshake is almost 10x faster than with RP2040.

The difference between W6100 and other chips can be found in table below:

Power Over Ethernet (PoE) and Ethernet HAT

The EVB-Pico2 boards come with optional Power over Ethernet (PoE) modules, offering a streamlined and efficient way to power your projects directly through the Ethernet cable. This eliminates the need for separate power supplies and reduces cable clutter, making your setup cleaner and more manageable.
